I am an everyday artist having fun with my imagination. I hold very dear the inspiring wonders and visions from my childhood. From my hands and heart, I pour out my inspiration with the help of vibrant color, texture, found objects, and anything else that catches my eye.
After creating my first art doll several years ago, I have found a new way to play. In the early stages of creation, I am often unsure of who they are and where they come from. However, they soon enough tell their stories when they are finished and standing on their own.
As a mixed media artist, I choose to give my art the tempting invitation of touch. It is rarely flat and smooth! I enjoy using different materials to create texture as a tangible proof that art is alive. I am happy to take part in the cycle of creation and share it with the world!
